For our client, Cargill, we are looking for an enthusiastic and responsible Trial Leader for a temporary position.
The expected duration of the role is 1 year.
The trial leader will manage research and develop excellent criteria as protocols, coordination, timeline respect in trial deliverables and line of site to innovation unit and data. The role is accountable to contribute to the delivery of innovation research and projects and will support researchers with salmon trial execution, protocols and data.
You will also contribute to continuously evaluation and improvement of methods, routines and procedures. The position is a partly hands-on job, such as samplings and training.
Job Description
- Plan, execute, monitor, report on, and ensure quality assurance for fish trials
- Maintain an ongoing and active dialogue with researchers, lab personnel, feed processing operators, and animal care technicians
- Contribute to the continuous evaluation and improvement of experimental methodologies, daily routines, and procedures
- Handle basic issues and problems under direct supervision, escalating more complex issues to the appropriate staff
- Perform other duties as assigned
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor or Master degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Proficient computer skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in Norwegian and English
- Basic knowledge of manufacturing operations
- Knowledge of analytical statistics
- Experience in running research trials
